The Australian College of Applied Psychology (ACAP) is a registered training organisation and higher education provider that specialises in teaching courses in psychology, counselling, coaching, case management and people management. The courses are offered at three award levels: Vocational Education and Training (VET), Undergraduate and Postgraduate. ACAP is accredited by the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA) and conditionally accredited by the Australian Psychology Accreditation Council (APAC).

ACAP has been in operation since 1983 and has campuses in four cities, Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Adelaide. It also offers courses via flexible delivery which allows students to study online.

The current student population of ACAP including those studying on-campus and by flexible delivery is over 3,500. There are approximately 70 international students from a wide range of countries studying across the campuses. Students are taught by experienced academics with many also practising in the industry.

Since 1983 the Australian College of Applied Psychology (ACAP) has been teaching applied psychology and helping to prepare students to change lives - to make a difference. A leader in applied psychology education, ACAP offers specialist courses in counselling, case management, coaching, social work and psychology, and has more than 4000 students currently studying on-campus or online. ACAP is a nationally registered training organisation (RTO) and higher education provider (HEP). ACAP has city campuses in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth. Each campus offers a unique experience while delivering the same course content and quality teaching. You can also combine your on-campus learning with studying by flexible delivery. This RTO can offer VET Student Loans for certain approved courses. A VET Student Loan is a capped loan from the Australian Government to help you pay your tuition fees. Your initial loan debt amount (loan and loan fee, if applicable), plus indexation, must be paid back once you start earning over a certain amount. The compulsory threshold for the 2018-2019 income year is $51,957. The compulsory threshold for the 2019-2020 income year is $45,881.
